I think that our group did a great job with our first two discussions.  However, the rubric of our first discussion showed that we still had a ways to go.  As a group, we decided that everybody needed to participate more and create better discussion questions.  In our second discussion, we did a fantastic job of inproving in these areas where we needed improvement, and the result was a much smoother discussion and a better grade.  We improved in these areas by going in a clockwise circle to make sure that everybody participated for each 4 minute discussion time period.  Personally, I also used post its and brought in an outside source to raise my grade.  Although we made a great improvement from our 1st discussionand to our 2nd one, there is always room for improvement.  Our goal for our next discussion is for everybody to use post-its and for everybody to bring in an outside source.
